Everything is made daily in our kitchen, from our pizza bases to sourdoughs, sauces to our famous deserts, ensuring only the best for you and your family.
We are incredibly thankful for the love and support shown by our local community, indeed the best compliment we can receive is when you bring your family and friends back to share a meal in our restaurant. Chef Jason Bridge
Owner and Head Chef Jason started in the kitchen from a young age with his Grandma Mary Patricia. His love and passion for food was cultivated through his early years and has continued to drive him in his culinary journey.
Jason has spent the last 20 years working in some of Australia’s finest kitchens preparing an array of cuisines, before following his dream to start his own restaurant with his wife Wendy. They look forward to sharing their passion for food, family and good fun with you, on your next visit to Sedici.
